Robert Lewandowski married the love of his life Anna Stachurska in 2013 in Warsaw. They have been a couple since 2007.
Just like her Polish husband Anna Stachurska is very athletic herself. She played karate at the highest level and even won a bronze medal at the 2009 World Championship. She is still involved with the Polish national karate team. Apart from that Anna Lewandowska (in Poland the last name is changed with a feminine suffix after marriage) is active for healthy nutrition, is a Nutrilon specialist, personal trainer and ambassador for Nike. And oh, she is also a blogger about all these themes and an active Instagram user. We certainly do not mind this last thing as she is very nice to look at. On her own website she has her very own health philosophy, called ‘healthy plan by Ann’.
German boulevard media also use her blog to keep a close eye on her private life. For instance, when Anna was wearing more concealing clothes during the Oktoberfest-festivities with the FC Bayern players, combined with fewer pictures on her blog, it was immediately suggested she was pregnant with her first child.
In their home country Robert Lewandowski and Anna Stachurska are known as ‘the Polish Beckhams’. They owe this title to their extravagant lifestyle. Because not just Anna is bringing in money, apparently striker Robert makes 12 million each year scoring goals for Bayern München. Sometimes they reside in their 2.3 million Euro villa in Stanclewo, a town of only 400 inhabitants. If the couple needs anything, such as bread for breakfast, they do not hesitate to fly in their delivery by helicopter.
Although we certainly cannot call them lazy. Robert Lewandowski already mentioned that it is Anna who makes sure he is always in top physical condition. She takes him out running regularly and coaches him in strength training, or they go for a long bicycle ride together. This ensures Robert is able to show his six-pack proudly in dressing-room photos.
